We accept paypal and all credit cards. Items are shipped 1 to 2 days after payment is received.
We ship First Class Air mail through the US Post Office for orders in the USA. This usually takes 2 to 5 days to arrive in the USA from the day we ship.
For international orders we ship First Class Air Mail through the US Post Office. For international orders from the day we ship it can usually take 10 to 30 days to arrive. We will provide you the proof of shipping but cannot control the post office. Sometimes shipping to Australia or Germany can be as quick as 10 days but other times it 20 to 30 days to arrive.
We ship through the US Post office and will provide you with a tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail once we ship it through the US Post office domestic and or international.
In very rare cases a package may be lost in the mail. At this time please inquire with your local post office to do a trace search and most of the time they will be able to locate it.

On pearls the customer asks us to drill, all Sales are Final. Once we alter the pearl through drilling half or full way the pearls are Not Returnable for store credit or exchange.
We will offer Returns within 10 days from the day you receive the pearls, 14k gold jewelry, 14k gold settings, silver settings, oysters, or displays if the pearls or merchandise are in its original form and quantity, for exchange or store credit only. No cash, paypal or credit card refund. Buyer will pay all return shipping costs. If pearls are lost in the mail on returning the pearls for exchange this will be at buyers liability and no exchange or store credit will be made.
We do not offer drilling on natural pearls. Any pearls that are drilled by the customer or damaged by the buyer will not be allowed for exchange or store credit.
